Absolutely fantastic service, from ordering to delivery I really have nothing negative to say. I was kept up to date every step of the way via Email. It was ordered and delivered within a 3 day period and was delivered in suitable packaging. The delivery driver was pleasent and professional. Like I said I could not fault any part of my order. I was looking for an old fashioned brass bib tap without a threaded spout. Never thought I was going to locate one. Eventually found a part number for one and searched on line. Mytub was up there on the few sites providing results, went to their site, bought it and it arrived exactly when Mytub said it would. Its now fitted and weve just had a cup of tea with the water from it. Job done! Thanks Mytub. Ill definitely be using you again.
