I was pleased overall with my purchases. I did have a couple of questions about the products and delivery time which were answered although this took quite a long time. This order turned out to be a long drawn out affair as I was after a discontinued basin. The first one turned up damaged, the second one was the wrong item, the third one was correct. MyTub kept me fully informed of the situation throughout the process and we got there in the end resulting in my customer being very happy.
