Toilet seats were poor quality. Dont think they were genuine roca toilet seats as advertised.

Hello
I have spoken with the delivering branch and these are indeed genuine Roca products.
You are very welcome to return them for a full refund.
I will be calling Roca today to give them your feedback and ask their comments.

Good service for a difficult to source component. Email saying it was delayed arrived after it was delivered but not complaining!

I found your staff to be friendly, and were extremely helpful, but thought that the P&P was a bit on the expensive side.

Thanks for a really efficient and fast service. The young lady with whom I discussed my order was very helpful and obviously had excellent communication skills. Many thanks. Valerie Pardy
