We were happy with the purchasing process, it was only the delay in receiving a delivery date that caused us a problem as we had a building project on and there was a chance that we needed to reschedule other tradesman. As it happened the goods arrived on the date that they were eventually promised for.

Initial customer service was excellent. However despite placing the order at 9am on a Thursday and getting a confirmed delivery date of the Friday the branch that held the part somehow managed to neglect to send it either on the Thursday or Friday. If I hadnt chased the delivery Im not sure whether it would ever have been sent at all! However Jeanette in customer service did everything she could to sort out the error and we eventually received the part on the Tuesday afternoon. I asked if there was anything that could be done on the postage and they refunded it in full. Overall great telephone service but massively let down by the branchs performance.

Very good service but I did not receive all I need for my gas fire. I thought I had ordered a complete set of replacement coals but I only have the loose coals and no fitted coals for front, back and sides of fire. Do I need another order no. for these The fire is on the front of a Baxi back boiler no. 0579299 described by gas engineer as 9 plus years old. I have recently moved into house. I was really concerned when your email gave the delivery date of by 31111. As the part was needed immediately I rang your customer services department on 211011 and this was looked into. I was pleasantly surprised to be told that the part was on its way and would be with methat day which it was. Now fitted and working perfectly. Was pleased with service but would be better if the email gave the correct delivery date to avoid my panic. Thanks.
