Very helpful and accomodating, but a little difficult to contact directly via email, except through the notes page. Altogether a very positive experience however.

Helpful advisors, good quick service, and help with refund when I ordered incorrectly. Very pleased with service and the price as well.

Very happy to find the parts for my tap I have been hunting for a while. Regular updates on the status of my order and swift delivery too. Great to do business with.

Very quick and efficient service. It was great having email updates letting me know when the package was sent and the expected delivery day. A much better experience than my local plumbing centre where the customer service is dismal. Thank you. Well be back if we ever need anything else.
