I was pleased overall with my purchases. I did have a couple of questions about the products and delivery time which were answered although this took quite a long time. I would highly recommend buying from this site. I bought a spare oven part and it arrived in 2 days with all fittings, instructions and metal bars already glued on. Great service and would definately use again

Hello, the item arrived damaged, I reported this and was told that a replacement would be sent and the damaged item collected. The service that I have received is good but the packaging which I believe was done by your supplier was none existent, just a thin wall box with no packaging whatsoever. Early days yet but I am expecting a appropriate completion. Regards Pete
