Great service. Could not believe how quick in receiving the part, but most of all the Mytub team are very friendly, helpful and courteous.

Very good service. My only suggestion would be to give some idea of delivery time - even just morning or afternoon would be a help.

1st Class service and extremely fast delivery. My local shop said they could not supply replacement coals aerator tubes for my gas fire because they were very fragile and always arrived broken. Well these were extremely well packed on bubble wrap and arrived in first class condition. All the coals matched up exactly with the layout diagram.
