Very efficient service. I requested some parts which sales assistant ordered from manufacturer and sent to me free of charge! They could have easily charged me at least for P&P but chose no to which is extremely rare in this capitalist, profit driven economy! Very happy! thank you very much and all the best with business! Fast delivery of item. Not too impressed with this analyser and needed to return as faulty.
The process of getting in touch with Mytub is a bit convoluted but after one ignored email and then a phone call I was directed to email through 'My Account' This was not obvious but once sussed out led to a quick exchange and a returns form. Unfortunately you are expected to pay returns postage which on this item amounted to over £3 as it had to be recorded.
Not sure how long a replacement will take.
All in all its a bit of a pain when the item needs returning but on customer service they have been polite and helpful.
