I had a complaint about the original delivery but this was dealt with efficiently. I particularly liked the way you kept me informed by email on progress and delivery dates. The best service department communication I have ever had.

I was pleased overall with my purchases. I did have a couple of questions about the products and delivery time which were answered although this took quite a long time. Very happy with the service. I actually ordered a different model of thermostat control however Mytub sent me an ungraded version as the one I ordered wasnt available. Easy to use website and the delivery was quick. When I did contact them they were quick to respond and very helpful. Would highly recommend.
