Received geberit concealed cistern within 5 days, tried to fit Saturday and found part missing. Had to wait till Monday to advise of this missing part. I was told to leave it with customer services and they would get back to me. In the meantime I spoke to the manufacturer and received the part next day. Four days past not a word from My Tub. Well done Geberit not so well done my tub, just a call to say what was happening might have helped

Excellent service, ordered Saturday afternoon and the item arrived on Tuesday morning, well packaged and as described. Great communications throughout. Will definitely use mytub again and recommend to others.
