The service has been fantastic. One of the products I needed was no longer available but Christine sourced an alternative from the manufacturer very quickly and amended my order. I was kept in touch with what was happening all the time. Good service again. Got the items on time.
They were, however, slightly different from my last purchases plastic container rather than a material one. I was concerned that they would not fit the caldensate unit. Fortunately, it did fit and appears to be leak-free. Will keep an eye on it.
