Very good service. The order was slightly delayed but I was kept fully informed. Unfortunately the supplier omitted some fixing screws, however MyTub responded quickly and sent out a set of screws immediately. Excellent customer service. Il not hesitate to use them again.

I have only been using a computer fora month so it is all a steep learning curve to me at 80years of age. This was my first attempt to order on line and iwas learning on the go! However I did manage the order "eventually" and found it easy once I mastered the art so your programme must be user friendly or I couldnt have worked it out. My order arrived on the day specified, thanks. It would be useful if a text message was sent to indicate likely arrival time, I was just on the way out when the driver arrived, so nearly missed him.
