Thanks for sorting my order. Advertising the parts at a price you couldnt deliver at caused a delay on our job. And sadly a lot of the parts were damaged, which wasnt your fault, but compounded our delays issues on getting this job finished.

I have only been using a computer fora month so it is all a steep learning curve to me at 80years of age. This was my first attempt to order on line and iwas learning on the go! However I did manage the order "eventually" and found it easy once I mastered the art so your programme must be user friendly or I couldnt have worked it out. I ordered connectors for taps from my Tub as they offered the best online price. My order took approximately a month to arrive presumably as the parts had to be ordered from Germany. They arrived safely. I was not in a rush so the time taken until delivery was not an issue. I was informed of the delayed delivery date. I would use my tub again.
