i dont have a problem with my tub service is excellent and the minor problem I did have not of my tubs making but that of the delivery company was put to rights by my tub thank you very much.

Your price for the part I was seeking was the lowest, and although your supplier initially sent the wrong item, your persistence in getting them to rectify their mistake was outstanding. Everything went very OK but delivery. I placed the order and made the payment on December 23rd, 2010, with a kind request for special care since it was kind of an emergency.
I received a message advising that delivery was CONFIRMED (not estimated) on DEC 30th (refer to my order), but actual delivery took finally place on JAN 7th.
You may agree that £25.20 fee for 15 days to cross the channel (I live in Paris) is difficult to accept for me especially during such a cold winter :-(
I certainly will not renew the experience, although you have good products at very competitive prices because one can not afford to wait for 15 days to have his heater fixed during winter time.

Another great load of customer service from these guys, as I am not there, give yourselves a well deserved pat on the back! My order was so small but this didnt seem to matter, still made me feel like a special customer. If I were a plumber I am not! I would use these guys all of the time. So refreshing that there are companies out there that still go the extra mile to keep customers informed.
