Never heard of this site before, stumbled upon it whilst trying to find a relatively unknown shower screen.
On finding the unit, the site said it would update me as to availability, which it duly did, and then delivered next day, not bad !! Very simple to use and quick with it.

I placed an order with MyTub in early September and was informed promptly that there will be a delay in fulfilling this order of some 6 weeks. This presented no problem as I did not want to use this tap straightaway. The very good price charged made it worthwhile the wait. MyTub were very good in the interim period to inform me of the progress and eventually at 5 weeks, the tap arrived, earlier than 6 weeks estimate, in absolutely brand spanking new condition. I have not used this particular tap yet but have used this particular model. It is one of the best types in the market by the name of Grohe. I have every confidence of this tap being no different, when I use it. What more can say about MyTub & Grohe other than sing high praises & recommend the company highly.

Apart from a misunderstanding regarding delivery dates, which may have been my fault, your communication was friendly and informative, which we appreciate. We did enquire whether there was a more efficient way of you sending a very small product to us in the post so my only suggestion would be a more economic postage price in addition to your standard. Thank you for your service. Unfortunately I misunderstood the web page and placed the order for what I assumed was a concealed cistern complete with lever, when it was for the lever only. I now wish to return same. The delay since receiving the item is due to me being abroad for the last week. The box has remained unopened.
