I am happy with the product, but when it was first delivered the delivery company put a card through the door to say they tried to deliver the parcel, I did ask that if nobody was in then please leave in the garage, this was not put on the parcel, I went and picked it up to make sure the we did receive it.

Owning a much loved and reliable and efficient 20 year old Trianco oil boiler it was inevitable that the day would come when Id need to start replacing parts that are almost impossible to source. Very good products and services, but i think the website design lets you down, spend some money on making it more easier to use, for example you want a shower tray, but you have to go through 20 odd other links,
more pictures and groupings needed. too much options,
apart form the website the phones service was very good and helpfull.
