Credit where credit is due, recently we have had to use several warranties in our home to fix the cooker, dishewasher and boiler. Some good, some bad: 3 estimated delivery dates came and went before my order was delivered. The comunication was good and regular and reponded to my concerns. would have been better to know what the hold was through this delay. I will use again but not for anything urgent.
