Hi
I have just used your site to order a spare part and thought you might like
to know that your site is the best one I have been on for ages in terms of
clarity, ease of use and information. Can't fault it.
Kind regards

Very good service. The part i wanted was no longer available. i was soon given
the correct replacement. Everybody was very helpful.

Delivered when stated and all present and correct.
One minor concern - as with a previous order for the same part, the Securing Pin did NOT have a screw slot as shown in the diagram and description. I was able to use the previous pins, in which I had had to cut screw slots.
