Order was received yesterday and the product is great - now I know that this model is the correct one, I’ll be placing an order for more units.
Thank you

Easy to order on website, however the statement on the website regarding free delivery on orders over £35 is misleading our order was over £50 but as it was not a stock item it cost £15 delivery. Not impressed.
Order arrived within 48 hrs after order, tin damaged but it didnt affect product.

I was very impressed with the service received from Mytub. The order was easy to place and arrived a few days later. I would recommend Mytub to others without hesitation. Many thanks. Geraldine

I am fairly happy with your service but wonder why you CONFIRMED
DELIVERY as 26th September, but it did not arrive until the 27th
Driver had papers with 26th crossed out & replaced with 27th BUT
NOBODY LET ME KNOW!

Good afternoon,
We are sorry about this.
We had confirmed the original date with the delivering branch but the driver could not physically finish his round, hence delivery the following day. We were not informed about the delay.

Delivery time on items when first ordered was rather long and when only one turned up instead of 2 I was worried.
No need, the replacement came through very quickly
Overall a satisfied customer
