I was happy with the ordering process and the items I received but thought that the P&P was very high for such a small lightweight item! (£5.99?)

Very competitive on price and excellent customer service , and I got a manufacturers genuine spare so quality should not be compromised.
Delivery was a day later than promised maybe its the Christmas rush, so be careful if your requirements are time-critical no point saving on cost of parts if delay costs far exceed materials savings.

Hi
I have checked with my shipping address with ARAMEX, it is not showing that they have received the shipment until now.
Thank You

Took 2weeks to deliver, took money from my account straight away. When I advised them I no longer needed the part as my plumber had to go else where to carry on with my boiler repair, I was the one who had to pay for the return charge. Very disappointed an will not be returning to use this site!!
