Despite an serious error on my first order with MyTub I was suitably relieved to have the matter professioinally and honestly resolved as it was apprantly due to a typing error on your webpages which has subsequently been rectified. The Contessa Bath 1500 x 700 was delivered as promised ! The bath is installed and was exactly what I wanted. I am just a bit upset that I had to pay about £42.00 more than your advertised price for this item .

The supply of sanitaryware comes from the manufacture without packing we also use internal transport rather than couriers which is why the items get there in one piece.
