MyTub puts its customers’ interests to the fore - the level of customer service that I have received has been outstanding. They have diligently followed up on a problem not of their making through to successful resolution. Well done MyTub!

You offered a first class service with uptodate messages being forwarded to me as to where my order could be collected.
My order was made available ahead of time and was collected from the appropriate store with no fuss at all.
Thank you very much. I shall use you again if the need arises.

Unfortunately my parcel was delivered to the wrong address in Portslade. The gentleman who signed the delivery note made out it was for him although the address label was clearly for me in Southwick. The delivery driver was contacted via My Hub and was able to collect the parcel and bring it to me the next day. The parcel had been opened and there was no paperwork or fitting instructions in the box. It appears the man in Portslade did not know where he had put them. I do have to stress that when putting addresses into a sat nav the post code should be used as often road names occur in neighbouring towns.
