Really great customer service - we changed our minds about the bath model and they were only too happy to accommodate. Staff were polite and efficient at all times. Thank you.

I was very impressed with the service received from Mytub. The order was easy to place and arrived a few days later. I would recommend Mytub to others without hesitation. Many thanks. Geraldine

Great service. Fast and efficient. However, the box the item arrived in was 10 times bigger than the item. The item was marked “fragile” - but there was no packing in the box to prevent it banging about inside it. Photo available if wanted.

I wish to send my thanks to you, I have received a call from the centre at about 10.45 this morning to say that my shower had arrived, thanks again for all your efforts in making this delivery happen eventually.
