I was happy with the service. The mirror was well packed and arrived safely. The only quibble might be the delivery period. It took some time from order to receipt. Having said that, it did arrive on the day you said it would so it's a minor complaint

Can not Remember when i placed my order, but i would guess about a month ago. Kept getting e mails saying That the order had a confirmed date of delivery and then getting an e mail the next day saying order hadnt arrived yet and that it was being chased up, day after day of this went by until eventually it arrived.
I appreciate that it seemed that you were having problems sourcing the item, but it just went on too long.

I had a really tricky part to order, after speaking to many suppliers including the part manufacturer My Tub were the only people to provide any useful help. I not only got the part I needed, I was kept up to date regularly about the order by phone and email. the service couldnt have been better. I will certainly use you again and recommend you to others. 22 days from date of order was far longer than expected. Maybe you should indicate that goods are out of stockex stock at the point of order.
