We had excellent service from My Tub. From placing the order to the delivery of the bidet everything went as planned.

I needed an urgent part, this part was easy to find on the website which is great! I called and spoke to a lovely gentleman who was very helpful and friendly and he helped me to get the part on order via the website. My part was slightly delayed as can happen and they were kind enough to update me of this every step of the way which was a bonus! I purchased a fixing set for an existing shower. I only needed 1 part which to replace a Brocken part. I paid for a large amount of parts that I do not need. The various parts should be available as individual parts.

Absolutely fantastic service, from ordering to delivery I really have nothing negative to say. I was kept up to date every step of the way via Email. It was ordered and delivered within a 3 day period and was delivered in suitable packaging. The delivery driver was pleasent and professional. Like I said I could not fault any part of my order.
