My order was dealt with very professionally and in a timely manner. I was kept fully informed of progress and order status throughout. Would not hesitate in recommending MyTub and would use again

This order was a complete disaster. I originally ordered these coals to be delivered to my door, before I was then told I had to collect them from a warehouse. That warehouse turned out to be the Plumb Center who had not got the product I had ordered, but individually wrapped coals. I have no idea if I have been overcharged for the number of coals I actually received individually rather than the number of coals contained within the bag originally ordered.
