I ordered a replacement coal bed for a Valor highlight fire. Even though the part is obsolete, you managed to get hold of a replacement. We really appreciate the effort in sourcing the part and getting it delivered to us a lot quicker than expected. Best price I could find, delivery was a little slow and if I was to order again I wouldnt go for the anti slip option, not worth the extra money! Its a bit of a token gesture.
