Dealing with mytub was quite easy and although the part I required was out of stock they kept me informed on proposed delivery dates.

Ordered on Monday - delivered on Wednesday - brilliant service, especially at this time of year. We are very pleased with the toilet seat - many thanks.

Great service and prices, but would welcome the option of a fast delivery service e.g. Royal Mail Special Delivery, they will get any parcel most places in the UK, including Aberdeen before 12 noon the next day. The lack of this service meant I had to go to someone else for the electrodes I would otherwise have bought from yourselves.
