The Helpline is extremely helpful and affective. Postage is expensive and the delivery time is too long. Nevertheless overall pricing is reasonable. Thank you for your help.

I was happy with the ordering process and the items I received but thought that the P&P was very high for such a small lightweight item! (£5.99?)

Excellent service. In particular a simple pre order checking system giving details of stock levels was very helpful. My purchase was then delivered on time within two days of making it. A very happy customer
