|Very good service. My only suggestion would be to give some idea of delivery time - even just morning or afternoon would be a help.
|Kept up to date with progress of sourcing unusual spares and arrived when stated. What more could one ask for.
|Another great load of customer service from these guys, as I am not there, give yourselves a well deserved pat on the back! My order was so small but this didnt seem to matter, still made me feel like a special customer. If I were a plumber I am not! I would use these guys all of the time. So refreshing that there are companies out there that still go the extra mile to keep customers informed.
