Though probably not your fault but your suppliers I have always found Daikin to be crap at everything they do, delivery time was past a joke order 7 dec receive 9 jan.

We have been very happy with the service from MyTub. We had to replace our boiler at very short notice and MyTub had the best price we could find. The service was excellent in terms of delivery arrangements - everything came very quickly and at the time we were told it would come. Also, communications were excellent - none of the usual experience of phoning one person and finding they knew nothing about what youd discussed with the previous person - everything was seemless. Everything was eventually delivered. there was confusion as the I didnt put in the comments section to deliver to me. as I listed the office address, it wasnt clear that the parts were for the officelight commercial rather than personaldomestic use.

The parts for my Ideal Standard lavatory were delivered as promised.
I was kept informed as the order progressed, so cannot fault your
delivery system.
The parts proved difficult to fit new hinges for a Space toilet seat
as Ideal Standard, in their wisdom, changed the seat design and although
my toilet was delivered well after the change, it was still the old model.
However, with a bit of cutting and fiddling, I got it to fit.
So I cant complain at all about MyTub, but am very unhappy with
Ideal Standard and wont be buying their products in future. The hinge should
never have failed in the first place
