Well, had there not been a small hiccup I would not have discovered how helpful are your Customer Service staff [Jeanette, Rachel & Christine]. They kept in touch so I had no anxiety about what was happening and they managed to get me an equivalant item at a better price, delivered promptly. I cant comment on the quality of the new Taps - they have yet to be fitted.

Dear Sirs,
I have now received my order thank you. I did not receive on the day I was originally told it would arrive and did not receive any call to advise me. It was only when I contacted you after 4pm as I was notified due to there not being enough drivers I would not get it. I was then told it would come the next day. When I advised I could not take the order due to work commitments I was asked if i could collect it. I thought this was a bit inconsiderate when I had taken a day off and sat in all day wasting an entire day for nothing. When I asked if it could be delivered Monday as I had a pre booked holiday I was assured it would be with me first thing and it was. Was disappointed as did not realise when ordered that glass door for oven would take 15 days, and was not told that would have to drive to a parts centre (14 mile round trip) to collect it. The staff were polite and answered email promptly, however gave name of the retail park where to go for collection but not the name of the Parts Company. Fortunately I had asked in a previous email for the telephone number, so was able to ring the number and ask them who they were and where to go in the retail park. The item is what was ordered and cheaper than elsewhere, so would order again from MuTub, but would want to know how long is the wait before ordering, especially for an urgently needed part.

Following the receipt of a damaged item, one quick phone call and a replacement was sent and the damaged item collected. Would certainly use this company again.
