good experiance part arrived on time when they said it would. I was not in!! popped to shops for 10 mins!! but very helpful driver called me and arranged to leave it with neighbour.

Best service ever!! A well-known gas supplier condemned my boiler because of supposed obsolete parts. I was struggling to find a replacement for my toilet pan and then found out they were no longer made by Ideal Standard. I was lucky enough to have the model number and searched for it on my computer. Immediately I found what I wanted on you site. I ordered it on Friday at 4.30pm and it was delivered by 10.15 am on the Monday. Fantastic service, good price and the pan was exactly the one I wanted.
