The availability and the price of this product was second to none. Sadly the delivery service to the pick up depot was not to such a high standard as this very fragile part arrived in a less than adequate envelope broken despite being marked fragile. This was quickly replaced by you and was carefully looked after at the depot. An extra quid or so on better packaging would be better to speed delivery and reduce returns.

In spite of your advice that this delivery required a signature and in spite of my
presence in the house all day on Jan 16th the goods were not delivered.
On the morning of Jan 17th a neighbour brought the thermostats which had been left in their porch in full view and without your delivery man even ringing the doorbell.
We have the items but I do not consider this to have been very good service.

Easy to order on website, however the statement on the website regarding free delivery on orders over £35 is misleading our order was over £50 but as it was not a stock item it cost £15 delivery. Not impressed.
Order arrived within 48 hrs after order, tin damaged but it didnt affect product.

Found the product I was looking for easily on the MyTub site. Purchased without difficulty. Was continually kept up to date with my order status and delivery by email. Item arrived in a reasonable time and well packaged. A fantastic experience for my first time order and an excellent service. Great service and kept well informed of the status of my order.
The only website I could find that sold the parts I needed and probably saved me over £300 in service engineer call out charges.
Found my tub by googling the part number I was after.
