Delivered when stated and all present and correct.
One minor concern - as with a previous order for the same part, the Securing Pin did NOT have a screw slot as shown in the diagram and description. I was able to use the previous pins, in which I had had to cut screw slots.

Excellent communication and service! Such a contrast from a previous company we had used. Wish we had found MyTub before. Would definitely use them again.

Extremely difficult product to get hold of so was delighted that you had been able to obtain for me.
Delivery did not happen on the 2 delivery dates advised but i suspect this was partly out of your hands since it was coming directly from supplier. You responded very promptly every time i contacted you and finally arranged special delivery because of the delay.
Overall very satisfied and would use you again.
Also great to see you publish all feedback good or bad.

Excellent service, item quickly dispatched. Website needs to updated to show quantity in pack is actually 4 rather than 1.

Delivery a day earlier than estimated but cost was ridiculous as it was a special order. I will not do that again.
