Superb, thanks. Very customer centric. My son discovered a broken toilet seat on a Tuesday Morning. I found a replacement seat with you via web and it was with me and fitted by Thursday. Very good service and at a very competitive price. Your regular email updates re order status is an excellent idea. I was pleased overall with my purchases. I did have a couple of questions about the products and delivery time which were answered although this took quite a long time.
