Hi my tub. Goods in good condition , fairly easy to find on the Web site, only complaint is the delivery time scale. Waited over 2-3 weeks for delivery of radiator covers.

Hi yes I received it many thanks. Only one problem I thought the basin was included! I thought it was a very good price!!! Obviously too good to be true. I need to order the basin to go with it Salgar Motril 8100mm but cannot find it on your website. Please advise me of its code so that i can order it for delivery after Xmas. Many thanks.

Nice taps, delivered as promised.
A conservative delivery estimate which is achieved is much better than a shorter estimate not achieved - even if the former actually delivery lead time is longer than the latter i.e. if you say 5 days and it takes 7 days thats worse than saying 10 days and getting it in 10. Ideally of course you would reduce your estimated lead time 10 days to 5, or whatever and still achieve this shorter time.

Credit where credit is due, recently we have had to use several warranties in our home to fix the cooker, dishewasher and boiler. It took a very long time to arrive weeks even though I am sure that I read that the product was in stock on purchase. This will probably stop me shopping with you again. This was not a complicated product, and hsould have been with me within three days of purchase.
