The parts were delivered when promised, all communication prior to delivery was helpful in managing my expectations.
Parts appear to be correct, though not yet fitted.
Would recommend MyTub to others.

Had been let down by another online company who wanted 3 weeks lead time to deliver - from order to availability in store with MyTub was around 30 minutes!!
Very helpful lady on the phone (Christine) made sure of stock availability and advised of a store in driving distance which had the stock for colection the same morning rather than waiting the modest 1-2 day delivery!!
VERY IMPRESSED, will be using again soon for my plumbing business, especially with these prices!!

Ordered a bathroom worktop on line. Was advised by email of progress and it was supplied locally and delivered by that firm. Top rate service and keen prices will mean me looking here first for future product requirements. Thank you I received my order Monday 31 October as notified.
I hope thiis lasts longer than the original bracket which broke a week out of guarantee. I think there must have been a fault and the chrome must have covered up the fault in the casting.
