Hi there,
from the first minute I contacted you regarding my item to receiving, it was a really excellent experience. Your email updates for my order on a daily basis was truly Professional, I just wish all companies conducted their business in this way. It has been my pleasure to have dealt with you
and will deal again in the future,
Regards

Although you initially only sent half the number of items presumably because of stock levels it was appreciated you sent these earlier rather than all later. Good price as well. Thanks!

Best price available for part ordered even allowing for the p&p, delivery delayed by several days but my tub kept me up to date at all times. Great service.

Item arrived, but did take a while. This may have been due to stock at the time.
Thank you for your service.

My order was fulfilled by Plumb Centre, Reading who not only failed to turn up on the agreed morning, but also sent the wrong sink their picking error - the paperwork sent to them was correct.
However, Jeannette sorted it all out for me and managed the situiation through to a satisfactory conclusion.
Well Done !
As such, I would have no problem ordering from MyTub again.
