Excellent service. I ordered a couple of toilet seats with lids(TIG1461WH) that were shown on your site as no longer available, however as I was still able to go into the site and place the order I hoped/assumed that the no longer avialable notation was incorrect. I had barely placed the order and received an automated email from you before one of your sales representatives, Laurie, was on the phone explaining the error of my ways and checking stock availablity on two alternatives and which he confirmed you had in stock and that he would subsequently arrange to be dispatched. Placed the order and was contacted by a very helpful chap at MyTubs to say that the part I ordered was obsolete but that they had one to send me. He range back to check that I had ordered the part from the pt number and not by the picture as there is another almost identical. Really chuffed with the customer service. When trying to source the required 3 bar relief valve with swivel nut and gauge, I found a few sites online that claimed to stock the item, but then showed the photo of a completely different version - not very reassuring. I also visited a Travis Perkins outlet as a retailer of Inta products, and although they tried very hard for 30 minutes to identify the valve, they were unable to do so. MyTub had the right photo on their site and offered the product at a reasonable price. It arrived as per schedule and, most importantly, was indeed the right valve and gauge.
