Many thanks a very good part to improve the operation of our boiler unfortunately it had 1 item missing from the kit the 90 deg elbows please can you also put the customers name on the delivery note. It is installed and working well. you could make people more aware of this part and its benefits

I duly ordered this part and was so pleased with the service I received and took the trouble to comment on your excellent service at that time. Imagine all the hustle and bustle of the Christmas period, delays, etc. with transport generally - BUT - your firm came up trumps and delivered the spare part before Christmas - much sooner than expected, particularly when the delivery date was projected for January. Disappointing delivery. After having had the delivery date altered, the date was finally confirmed but it was not delivered. Christine went out of her way to resolve the problem and keep me informed about the progress, which I appreciate. In the end, and with Christines help, I had to go to the carrier and collect the order. Not ideal I would say, and it seems like your carrier let you down. Other than that I was satisfied with the process.
