|From start to finish mytubs customer service has been excellent. I was kept informed every step of the way when my item had been posted up to the point where it had arrived at the pick up point. Thank you for a smooth and fast service.
|The goods did take much longer than I had anticipated, and longer than you initially advised.
You kindly updated with new expected delivery dates but this had to be done more than once and I guess you were simply having to pass on information provided by your supplier or manufacturer.
In the long term no harm resulted and the main thing to report is that the drip tray arrived OK, was in good cobdition, AND it fits perfectly.
So my resume would be - Many thanks for supplying this relatively small item, it just what was wanted and my friend who asked me to order it is highly delighted that he can once again use his fridge as before. Kind regards.

|Goods due 05 08 2013. In spite of glitches with this order your customer service has been impressive. You have sourced alternative fittings and I have been kept informed of progress.
|Glass splash-back arrived badly broken. I rang My Tub immediately and they agreed the return and arranged a replacement to be delivered. Good service with good communication by telephone and follow up e mails.
|Good Service, I was able to identify the correct part and they arrived promptly
|I have been waiting 10 days for a part to be supplied. I asked MyTub how much longer I had to wait and received a vague reply saying possibly next week.. i cant run my business like this, what do you think my customers will say. I wont be ordering again. I don't suppose for one minute these comments will be displayed on My Tub feedback. So that makes me wonder how many other customers leave feedback that is not displayed..

I am sorry about this. I have just looked at your order & we are continually asking supply chain for this. These parts sometimes do take a while to come through the system for free delivery. The manufacture do offer an overnig
|Excellent service - Fault found 1.00pm yesterday, part ordered 2.40pm yesterday, delivered 10.00am today, fitted and working 10.15am today.
