Did try to order part from another supplier waited one week only to be told part not available and had been on back order for 3 months.
Contacted MyTub and they had it on the shelf fitted within 5 days.

Best service ever!! A well-known gas supplier condemned my boiler because of supposed obsolete parts. I was very impressed with the rapid response to my order.
I do have some comments regarding the ordering system on the website.i found it very confusing when you wished delivery to a local pickup centre.
After asking for this delivery arrangement it still asked for ones own home address as delivery address. I needed to ring your office whilst on the computer for guidance.
