Excellent service, item quickly dispatched. Website needs to updated to show quantity in pack is actually 4 rather than 1.

The on line ordering system was excellant and completed without any problem. Confirmation of the order and shipping details received via email again excellant.
Goods all received as specified on the advised delivery date.
So all round the service was excellant.
The only criticisim I have is the the inlet valve supplied with the particular cistern I purchased will not fit if you use the right side handed flush if the inlet is on the right as well. I am now left with a part that is of no use to me.

Good website, very pleased with tap heads as I’ve been told I could no longer get them in Sheffield. Efficient service and updates on my order and delivery. Would recommend this company.
