I wanted a folding shower screen finding one to fit my specification proived difficult but Mytub staff were very helpful and patient. Order took a couple of weeks to get, but it arrived on the original estimated delivery date as promised. Considering that these parts are no longer manufactured this was incredible, communication was excellent.

Service is great - you were the only source of this item I could find. The price charged by Terrain however is ludicrous. £60 for what is in effect a PVC frisbee. I have only had to buy this to replace a broken cover for a gully that has been installed some years ago. The price means I’ll never install Terrain or Polypipe again.

I was very impressed with the efficient way my enquiry was was dealt with and how quick my order was progressed.
