Very quick reponse, item delivered promptly. Very good service.
Only issue is the soft close is very, very slow to close. I have one other of these fitted to the main bathroom and that works OK. Cannot see how this can be adjusted.

The tap arrived as you promised. My only comment your service is the lack of it at weekends!

Very pleased with the service. Slight delay in delivery was communicated to me as soon as it was known about, and delivery followed 24 hours later.
Thank you.
