I have had absolutely outstanding and excellent suport from one of your technical team, Mr. Laurence Fineran, over some basin taps.
His responses and advice have been superb, I cannot praise him enough. Please pass on my thanks.

Good price, delivery longer than expected (item not in stock) but I was kept well informed of progress and actual delivery happened in line with forecast. Will be back...

Great service. The Product was delivered from a local plumbers merchant.
Highly recommend.

Hello Jeannette we have collected the door now and have it home for the workmen coming tommorrow. Two very relieved and happy customers here! I cant thank you enough for the level of service you provided from the moment the order was placed - we put ourselves under a lot of pressure by placing the order so late and in such difficult weather conditions and we count ourselves very fortunate indeed that we had someone like you on the other end dealing with our order. You could teach a lot of big high street businesses a thing or two about customer service and I look forward to placing more business with MyTub in the future. Have a very merry Xmas. John & Gail.

The price is better than the local plumbing shops for the items I bought. The delivery time was not the quickest but came when they said it would.
