First, The part is correct, fitted and leak free, so thanks. Actually, if I were to do this again I would buy from a local shop, accepting the higher piece price for a faster delivery. Your price advantage was almost completely eroded by the shipping charges - why not simply post it especially as I was prepared to wait. Anyhow, as I said before, the part is correct and has fixed my problem so Im happy enough on that score. Regards

Very Good Price, But:
Ordered 2 Entice WC seats, after receiving a delivery time lead time update email at 0908 hrs confirming 2-3 days delivery.
After order placed @10.08 hrs same morning, delivery time then quoted as 12 days out. Not good

Good prices but chaotic delivery. First one item had to be substituted and then another was out of stock despite being initially in stock.That was out of an order of only 3 items. All took many days.

I found your staff exceptionally helpful and very pleasant to deal with. Rachel went out of her way to help me and I am glad to say that the item was delivered early on the Friday which allowed me to sort out my bathroom before our guests arrived. Part was just under average in price.
Emails about orderpickeddispatched all appreciated.
Delivered within a few days of ordering.
Only complaint would be ridiculously high delivery charge. Over £12 for a jiffy bag through standard post hurt.
