I found your staff exceptionally helpful and very pleasant to deal with. Thanks to the tenacious efforts of Brenda and Christine you have been able to locate and supply a vital, but rare component for my very old boiler. Without this part the boiler would probably needed to be replaced. I was constantly informed as to progress, always in an efficient and courteous manner. These two ladies are a credit to your business and are the foundation open which successful businesses are built.

Easy to find the product I was seeking on the MyTub website. It was helpful having the product number against which to search.
Five days including a weekend from order to delivery.
Good communication including initial notification then confirmation of delivery date and information, when requested, of an approximate delivery time.
The product looks good and I assume it will work well as our plumber had no problem fitting it.
I would recommend.

My Tub experienced difficulties in sourcing one item on my order although it was advertised as being stocked on their website. However, I was kept informed at all times of progress in tracking it down and, where estimated times for fulfilment of the order were exceeded, an explanation and revised eta was always forthcoming unprompted. Excellent communications meant that this is a firm I would deal with again without hesitation
