The staff were very helpful and helped me to source the part needed and it was delivered when they informed of the date. I am extremely pleased with the service and would use them again and recommend them to others

Order arrived a day earlier than expected, which was a bonus. Vendor delivered exactly as promised. I’ll use this supplier again.
The only criticism is that the package 3 small tubes came in a box used to supply paper, full of shredded paper!

Your service really is excellent, keeping me up to date literally every step of the way. Very unique.
The product I ordered was exactly what I needed.
The website is ok, useable but a bit busy and could look a bit more up market. A minor issue.
Over all Im a very happy customer who will use you again. Thank you.

Our initial order was mislaid by the carrier and therefore arrived later than predicted. However I have been very impressed by your handling of the whole matter. Prompt action and excellent feedback. Well done.
